WHITE WINE
Cases Produced: 92
3 Barrels Blend is Fiano, Chenin Blanc and Viognier joined together after fermentation. This creates a unique white blend that is somewhat dry with a punch of acid. On the pallet, this blend has a crisp and zesty profile balanced with notes of stone fruits.

Rich and full-bodied with a long smooth finish. This silky wine has notes of fig and pear highlight some earthy undertones that come from our calcareous soils. This versatile wine is a great when enjoyed right away or aged to enhance the body and texture.

Cutters Edge is a co-ferment of Viognier and Aligote. The tropical notes of Viognier were combined with highly acidic Aligote. This pairing has created a lively wine with floral aromatics and a vibrant body.

Our dry leaning Rose of Malbec highlights grapefruit and pomegranate flavor with a hint of floral aromatics. The palate is defined by its high acid with a touch of sweetness giving it a clean finish. This wine is fresh, fun and highly drinkable.

OUR TERROIR
ROGUE VALLEY AVA - BEAR CREEK
The Rogue Valley AVA is Oregon’s largest and most diverse wine growing region. Located in Southern Oregon, it stretches across the valleys formed by the Rogue River and its major tributaries, including Bear Creek, the Applegate River, and the Illinois River. The AVA was established in 1991 and is known for its remarkable range of climates, elevations, and soils.
Bear Creek (Ashland and Medford) has the warmest and driest weather of the Rogue Valley AVA. Bear Creek has proven to be a great place for Rhone and Bordeaux varietals.
